Description
The Amazon Rufus Editorial team is seeking a Senior Program Manager who is passionate about technology, innovation, and improving the customer experience. This role is inherently high-visibility and highly cross-functional, requiring collaboration and influence across product, design, science, and engineering.
A successful candidate will thrive in ambiguity, bringing process and discipline to a highly dynamic and fluid environment. This person will excel at managing and influencing broad stakeholder groups, establish best-practices that can be scaled across the Conversational Shopping organization, and have the ability to crisply communicate deliverables.

Basic Qualifications
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $225,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. - Lead key, strategic projects for large, complex editorial workstreams, identifying, assessing, and prioritizing opportunities based on strategic goals, business needs, and customer value

- 7+ years of team management experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 10+ years of program or project management experience
- 10+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
