Senior Mechanical Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a thorough knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing system installation throughout a broad spectrum of building types. The ideal candidate will be able to meet with a customer (owner) and work with very little information to conceptualize, scope, price and ultimately construct a project.

What You Need For This Role

• Accredited Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and minimum of 10 years' experience in construction leadership specific to Mechanical Trade Work.
  
  

OR

• 10 years progressive trade experience including 10 years' experience in construction leadership with experience specific to Mechanical Systems.
  
  

Benefits

Range: $115,000-$150,000

Final determination of a successful candidate's pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience. We provide a competitive compensation package that recognizes an individual's experience and qualifications combined with a benefits package to meet your needs.
