Sr. Production Manager

Title: Senior Production Manager

Location: Berlin, NJ ** We can provide relocation assistance**

Pay: $130,000- $145,000/year + 10% Bonus

Plant Details: 24/7 plant, 125-130 personnel

We are a large manufacturing company with operations across the globe. We specialize in insulation, glass, and roofing applications that serve various industries.

Job Functions

• Supervise manufacturing activities across areas of Operations including the Production
• Participate and lead plant, shift, safety, operational and training meetings at both the department and plant level
• Determine and manage our Maintenance budget
• Engage with and have solid rapport with our engineering department to help drive continuous improvement initiatives relating to plant machinery and systems
• Determine Root Cause Analysis and provide Corrective Action on machinery breakdown, bottlenecks in production
• Help determine and implement new methods, tools, and procedures to optimize manufacturing efficiency and help reduce operating costs
• Ensure necessary SOPs are created and maintained across production
  
  

Qualifications

• BS Degree or better in a Manufacturing, Management, Engineering or related field
• Over 4 years of operational leadership experience in a Manufacturing setting
• A strong focus on safety standards and safety improvements
• Must have experience managing large teams
• Must be able to speak to previous success using KPI/metrics to track different goals
