Sr. Program manager (eCommerce)

Our client is rolling out an international version of their eCommerce site. They are searching for a Senior Program Manager to help lead this effort, for the rest of the year in a remote capacity (must work EST business hours).

As Senior Program Manager, you'll interface with several stakeholders for DTC efforts surrounding a site launch for the Mexico market.

You'll Be Responsible For

• Facilitating daily stand-ups with the core team
• Reporting on weekly project debriefs for leadership
• Oversight of CRM, site operations and content and have an involvement in performance marketing
• Managing creative and content requests, translations
• Onboarding external vendors
• Manage performance to KPIs
  
  

The ideal Senior Program Manager has extensive experience working on large eComm site creations and migrations. In addition, you have:

• High priority and high visibility projects under your belt
• Can spot the smoke and proactively communicate challenges or bottlenecks
• Excellent communication skills and thrive in a cross-functional environment
• Have a thorough understanding of DTC marketing and eComm for CPG / retail brands
• Are comfortable (potentially) managing others
• BONUS if you are bilingual (Spanish)
