About The Team

The Workplace Experience & Gatherings team at Zillow is responsible for connecting employees through in-person experiences. The team creates engaging on-site spaces, guides leaders through planning impactful events for their organizations, and supports events on-site, driving connection & belonging across teams at Zillow.

About The Role

The Sr. Program Manager of Workplace Experience & Gatherings will collaborate with key partners (including Corporate Real Estate, Employee Communications, Finance, Analytics, Travel & Expense, HR Business Partners, E&B teams) to continue driving forward Zillow’s in-person gathering & connection strategies. This role will blend strategic direction for programs in the Workplace Experience & Internal Gatherings org, with operational execution of resources, processes and communications that support the delivery of effective in-person gathering and collaboration.

You Will Get To:

  • Drive internal strategy discussions on gathering and connection, and be responsible for alignment with Zillow’s broader Cloud HQ strategy in partnership with other key collaborators
  • Own partner management and feedback channels to drive strategic prioritization and overall progress of Zillow’s in-person gatherings and connection programs
  • Own critical programmatic aspects of Zillow’s in-person gatherings such as the Annual Gatherings Calendar, planner and attendee resources, and coordination with partner teams such as Travel, Analytics, Finance and Comms.
  • Build change management plans and communications to ensure any new program features or improvements are effectively communicated to, and adopted by, ZG leaders & employees.
  • In partnership with the Internal Gatherings team, pilots new or evolved in-person gathering strategies, from inception through pilot group onboarding, training, execution and feedback
  • Lead Internal Gatherings projects in response to client or partner feedback, including cross-functional projects to add new services to the existing gatherings support model, internal tools, and planner/attendee/presenter resources
  • Lead Workplace Team projects in response to client or partner feedback, including on-site event support strategy, event (catering, activations, etc) resources and processes. Minimal PM support for the Workplace Experience team, passionate about employee-facing resources on space and AV.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $103,200.00 - $164,800.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a similar field preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in a program management role
  • Previous experience leading a program inclusive of design and execution
  • A demonstrable track record of working with senior leaders as a program or project representative
  • Experience using feedback and insights to improve a program
  • You are someone who enjoys the challenge of building sustainable programs from the ground up
  • You are a phenomenal teammate, where we win/lose as a team, and you are energized to be an integral part of the team
  • You question assumptions, seek broad input, and validate iteratively
