Sr. Project/Program Manager

This role is primarily remote supporting PST. Consultants may be required to attend some onsite meetings at client's campus in Thousand Oaks, CA

Contract length: ASAP through April 2025 with possible extension

Milestone is seeking a tactical Sr. Program/Project Manager Consultant to support executive leadership for a global system platform upgrade initiative.

This role requires traditional Program/Project Management skills and experience working in a Hybrid/Agile environment. Must have experience creating project plans; risk management, communication plans, executive reporting; planning and organizing multiple workshops; vendor liaison and deliverables management.

A key action expected for this role will be to manage an end-to-end workstream within this large initiative. Requires the ability to quickly ascertain the scope, resources and key stakeholders and drive precise clarity into the initiative on all items. This includes streamlining, following up and closing monitoring action items; ensure workshops are scheduled and calendared, facilitate workshops as needed.

Additionally, this role must act with a sense of urgency, be proactive in timeline constraints by escalating sooner rather than later. Drive clarity into all things with all product teams and possess executive level organization skills.

Areas Of Responsibility Include

• Schedule meetings; agenda for multiple workshops
• Project workplan creation and maintenance, including interdependency identification and tracking
• Communication Plans
• Create high level presentations and graphics to align stakeholders
• Compile Weekly Program Dashboards, Key Metrics, and issues
• Risks, Actions, Issues, Decision tracking
• Escalate problems and issues to management as appropriate
• Schedule and lead meetings and publish meeting minutes.

Compensation:

• The estimated pay range for this position is USD $75.00/Hr. - USD $80.00/Hr. and is an Exempt role.
• Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on the circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
