Purpose

Act as a strategic talent acquisition partner to hiring managers in alignment with company goals and culture values. Develop, research, and identify prospective talent providing a pipeline of top qualified candidates to achieve hiring targets. Provide talent expertise to assigned lines of businesses, functions and recruiting technologies. Analyzes industry, product, and geographical trends in the talent market. Determine appropriate recruiting strategies for recruitment marketing, promote company employment brand to candidates and external strategic partnerships. Evaluate recruiting and candidate hiring process while driving greater efficiencies and quality of hire. Manage tools, resources, and technologies in identifying worldclass talent. Develop strategic relationships with recruiting partners and vendors. Support utilization of data, reporting and analytics throughout the recruiting lifecycle.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Lead full life cycle recruiting for manufacturing and operations positions from inception of requisition through offer and onboarding across all North America sites.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and operations leaders to understand their talent needs and provide guidance to achieve talent requirements.
  • Partner with managers to define recruitment strategy resulting in hiring of top-quality talent within budget and timeline.
  • Develop strategic sourcing strategies to support the achievement of company talent goals.
  • Manage vendors, partners, and tools associated with recruiting.
  • Track and analyze applicable metrics of recruiting activities.
  • Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking system.
  • Work in close partnership with People Team and key business stakeholders.
  • Drive consistency through the recruitment process with structured interviews, clearly defined process stages with associated ownership and expectations.
  • Support efforts to increase diversity and inclusion in the recruiting and hiring process.
  • Participate in system and tool evaluations and implementations.

Education, Experience And Skills Required

  • 5+ years manufacturing and operations recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related discipline.
  • Able to self-motivate with little direct supervision in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop trust with wide variety of internal/external customers.
  • Experience with Workday or other leading Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail with consistent follow-through.
  • 10% travel, especially in peak seasons.

The pay range for this role in Livermore, CA is between $104,600 and $145,000. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
