David Evans and Associates (DEA) is looking for a dynamic Senior Recruiter to join our Corporate Recruiting Team. This role is pivotal in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting highly talented individuals for our civil engineering consulting company. The Senior Recruiter will partner closely with internal clients, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and help shape the future of our recruiting team.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, including Civil and Structural Engineers, Land Surveyors, Landscape Architects, Drafters/Designers, and support staff. This includes sourcing, assessing, selecting, conducting reference checks, and integrating new hires.
Targeted Headhunting: Perform targeted searches to attract passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
Research & Job Descriptions: Conduct research, draft job descriptions, and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
Partner with Leadership: Collaborate with firm leaders to develop effective pipelines and sourcing strategies for current and future positions.
Process Improvement: Work with Business Leaders to enhance the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Applicant Tracking System Management: Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other databases to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with OFCCP guidelines.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of recruiting experience
Experience with an applicant tracking system and LinkedIn Recruiter
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment while building and maintaining relationships at all levels of the organization
Outstanding communication and multitasking skills
Self-starter with a professional demeanor, personal integrity, and a high internal commitment to success
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of OFCCP rules and regulations
Experience with Taleo applicant tracking system
1+ years of Civil engineering recruiting experience
1+ years of recruiting agency experience
Experience in program management, project implementation, TA tech stack, and vendor management

Potential Salary Range (Depending on experience and location): $91,000 - $158,000
