TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph is required for this position.
Systems Engineer to provide systems engineering and architectural design expertise to support O&M, enhancement, and digital transformation activities, including decommissioning applications, systems, and/or service components.
Define and maintain system standards and architectural principles to develop, implement, and maintain applications, systems, and/or service components.
System documentation such as wikis, system Concept of Operations documentation, system/application design documents, and interface control documents.
Create and maintain system/application design diagrams that illustrate dependencies and data flows.
Engineering reviews, design reviews
Plan, design, and analyze the integration of new components into existing applications and systems.
System requirements of hardware and software components.
Identify and ensure that all subsystems work together as a single system.
Research and consider COTS and internally developed solutions to solve integration problems and/or meet system requirements.
Change management processes and enforce SLAs.
Identify, develop, coordinate, deliver, maintain, and update required interface specifications, including the definition of services, data flows, and dependencies for internal and external service providers.
Engineer, develop, integrate, deploy, and maintain internal software code, as necessary, to successfully integrate COTS products and associated updates.
Comply with Section 508 Compliance
TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
BS degree 7-15 years relevant experience.
Experience supporting technical programs in a systems engineering capacity, executing full lifecycle engineering tasks, requirements analysis and systems design, and cost/benefit analysis.
