Sr. Technical Project Manager - Remote | WFH

We're searching for a skilled and driven Sr. Technical Project Manager to join our remote team, supporting a leading social media organization.

What You'll Do

Be the mastermind behind AI hackathon events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Manage the project timeline, budget, and deliverables, keeping a keen eye on quality standards.

Partner with local teams to set up environments, onboard participants, and manage licensing.

Orchestrate all aspects of the hackathon, including logistics, marketing, registration, and clear communication.

Develop workback plans, track progress, and keep everyone on schedule.

Craft compelling hackathon agendas and, when needed, collaborate on delivering presentations or demos.

Build a library of reusable branded assets for future events.

Troubleshoot any roadblocks that arise and swiftly find solutions.

Gather feedback from participants, sponsors, and organizers to continuously improve the program.

Track outcomes, measure impact, and share best practices with the entire team.

Do you have the chops?

A bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in project management, event management, or a related field.

Experience managing complex projects or events, ideally in the tech sector (8+ years).

Strong coordination and event planning skills (8+ years).

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities - a true team player!

The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

A willingness to bridge time zones and cultural differences.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), and Project Management software.

A bonus? Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, M365, D365) and a keen interest in AI applications for the public sector.
