Staff Accountant ($50-55k)

Job Title: Staff Accountant

Location: Dallas, Texas (In-Office)

Compensation: $50,000 to $55,000 + 5% Bonus Potential + Competitive Benefits

LHH is partnering with a prestigious family office that is based in Dallas, Texas. This position will be an integral part of their team, assisting with various accounting tasks and gaining valuable experience in their family office setting. This role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to learn and grow in the accounting field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and assist with financial statements and reports.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
• Collaborate with team members on various accounting projects and tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Accounting internship experience is required for this position.
