Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and statements in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Manage the general ledger, reconcile account balances, and ensure accurate representation of financial transactions.
  • Develop and maintain annual budgets, providing detailed analysis and forecasting to support business decisions.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and potential areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist with the preparation for annual audits, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of GL accounting experience, preferably in the finance industry.
  • Proficient in budgeting and financial analysis, with a proven track record of managing large budgets and conducting complex financial analyses.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and auditing standards.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a strong commitment to confidentiality.
