About The Position
This position will be a key member of the Finance Team reporting to the Controller. The role will have exposure to all sides of accounting and finance of a small and growing organization from AR, AP, reporting, budgeting/projections, client engagement, etc. This candidate will have a direct impact on achievement of timely and accurate accounting of financial statements for multiple entities across the globe. This position requires a hybrid of some in-office presence and work from home benefits.
General AR monitoring and client interaction to reconcile accounts.
Client contract review and documentation for accurate invoicing.
Manage AP and cash management.
Input vendor invoices and seek approval for payment.
Reconcile key balance sheet accounts.
Record payroll entries for all entities including the various foreign subsidiaries.
Assess and record monthly expense accruals for US entities.
Support preparation of PBCs for annual financial audit.
Participate in budgeting process and business optimization analytics.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Accounting
0 to 2+ years of Accounting experience
Experience working with NetSuite
Software or software services industry experience
