Staff Accountant - Real Estate Experience ($70,000/yr)

Responsibilities
Support property accountants and manage one property independently
Perform general ledger/financial reporting, lease administration, and treasury management
Ensure accurate lease data entry in Yardi
Handle accounts payable, invoice processing, and new vendor setup
Conduct critical date tracking and financial analysis for property management
Assist in monthly and quarterly financial reporting and budget preparation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
1-2 years of real estate accounting experience
Proficiency in Yardi or similar real estate accounting software
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
