What You'll Do
Invoice Management: Oversee and manage the processing of non-job-related invoices, ensuring all payments are accurate and properly documented.
Vendor Reconciliation: Conduct timely reconciliations of vendor statements, addressing any discrepancies with precision.
Transaction Recording: Maintain accurate records of vendor transactions, ensuring expenses are properly coded and documented.
Customer Payments: Manage and record customer payments, ensuring each payment is applied correctly to the respective invoices.
Collections Support: Assist in the collection of overdue accounts, engaging with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Accounts Receivable Maintenance: Keep accounts receivable records up-to-date and accurate.
Credit Card Processing: Review and process credit card transactions, ensuring they are accurately recorded.
Statement Reconciliation: Reconcile monthly credit card statements to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
What We're Looking For
Accounts Payable & Receivable Expertise: You have hands-on experience in managing both AP and AR processes.
Bank Reconciliation: You're familiar with conducting bank reconciliations and maintaining accuracy.
General Ledger Management: You have experience managing the general ledger and are comfortable preparing and analyzing journal entries.
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required.
Analytical Skills: You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Communication: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with team members and stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Precision is key in this role, and your work reflects a high level of accuracy.
