In this position, you will be responsible to plan, direct, organize, implement, evaluate, and coordinate a comprehensive Staff Education program in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern such requirements in the facility to meet staff and resident needs.
Implement CPR certification and compliance
Oversee and direct the facility’s CNA certification program
Minimum Qualifications
Required:
Must hold current State of Virginia RN license
Must have current BLS Certification
BLS Instructor – Willing to obtain within 6 months of hire date
1 year of Nursing experience
Additional Considerations
1- 3 Years experience in geriatric skilled nursing/long-term care experience a plus
2 Years supervisory experience a plus
