Spherion Seattle is seeking a Recruiter who can build and sustain a pipeline of qualified job candidates to work with our employer clients. You'll source, screen, interview and submit job seeker applications to clients for consideration. Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates for temp, temp-to-hire, and permanent openings
- Analyze candidate information to determine matches between candidates and job openings
- Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in a specified region or with specified clients
- Prioritize and track job orders to fulfill client needs
- Increase the number of qualified applicants in database
- Familiarize yourself with industry trends, including client, market, and unemployment conditions
- Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and expectations
Skills
- 1+ year of recruiting experience, preferably with a recruiting and/or staffing company
- Proven success in a very fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to fully leverage all processes and technology tools to more productively deliver results
- Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills
- Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
No Degree Required

Qualifications
- Leverage all available resources to source qualified candidates for open opportunities i.e. internal database, job boards, social networks, candidate pipeline, referrals, candidate applications.
- Participate and prepare for 1:1s, open order meetings, team activity reviews, recruiter meetings, candidate pipeline reviews, and delivery check-ins.
- Prescreen candidates.
- Generate leads and referrals.
- Partner w/ Staffing Consultants and BDMs to advise on cost and availability of core skill candidates
- Subject Matter Expert and responsible for delivery to higher skilled roles
- Must be resourceful, entrepreneurial, and go-getter.
- Execute the Spherion Operating Model as a best practice.
- Document all activity.
- Complete all required Spherion role based training.
- Embody Spherion mission, vision and core values.
