Bachelor's degree in data analytics, information technology, or similar field from an accredited college or university.
Experience equivalent to three years of full-time professional data systems work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other relevant database applications
Essential Functions
Identify user needs to create new databases for internal data processing and analyses
Interpret, merge, and analyze various raw data to identify patterns and trends
Monitor database performance and ensure the accuracy and security of data input
Compile and organize data into reports and visual representations for review
Collaborate with the APR Support team to communicate analytic findings and provide regular data-driven feedback regarding APR-specific trends and deficits
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Knowledge of current applications for processing data and generating data reports
Experience with the analysis and processing of data used to inform decisions
Knowledge of applications, methods, and tools for developing databases
Organization: strong ability to track data and maintain project management systems
Detail oriented: meticulous attention to detail in managing both the larger and smaller details of coordinating work
Strong self-directed work ethic - takes pride in individual ownership of work, maintaining high expectations and timely delivery
