What You’ll Own
Provide technical support activities for a production processing environment.
Install, maintain and support operating system and/or its components and subsystems.
Analyzes and resolves problems related to failures in operating system and ancillary software components.
Provide technical assistance to programming staff in analyzing application software amends, performance and resource consumption.
Create and maintains complete documentation as it relates to installation and status of software.
24x7 support for operating systems and ancillary software.
Educates internal users on software capabilities and use.
Other related duties assigned as needed.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner
Ability to understand and apply technical concepts
Ability to solve problems using learned techniques and tools
Basic understanding of installation methodologies and toolsets as well as networking concepts and protocols
Team skills including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Flexibility, versatility, dependability

The pay range for this full-time position is $105,070.00 - $176,520.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
