We are seeking a passionate and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage existing accounts within the hospitality industry, assisting clients in leveraging our innovative platform to streamline agreements, payments, and more.
Responsibilities
Act as the champion for our clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
Identify new opportunities to expand client use of our platform and unlock greater value.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales and Customer Success to ensure a seamless experience.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Contribute to a collaborative environment where your ideas are valued.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in hospitality sales or a similar field.
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
Strong presentation skills and effective communication abilities.
Passion for building relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
Desire to learn and stay updated on the latest industry trends.
