Strategic Partnerships Director, GTM

Velocity Global's Strategic Partner Director, GTM will be focused on growing partner field engagement across multiple partner types, with the overarching goal of driving value for the partner and driving customer acquisition/expansion revenue through the Partner Ecosystem. Developing important partner relationships and leading the multiple field facing work streams of partner identification, seller engagement and partner enablement, and mutual account planning activities.

You will report to the Head of Partner, GTM - Americas with a dotted line to Sales Leadership.

This is a Remote - US position

You Will:

  • Target opportunities with our partner ecosystem
  • Support the AE team in developing a field Co-Sell motion, identifying high value activities and main events to support our joint sales process
  • Partner to seller engagement - nurture strategic partner to seller relationships in the field to activate a GTM motion
  • Manage a quota related to Partner Sourced and Partner Influenced revenue created.
  • Build the partner plan to support achieving Partner Sourced and Influenced Revenue.
  • Assist the Partner Leader on creative ways to grow the Partner GTM function.
  • Provide feedback to the executive team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers through partnerships.
  • Report on the performance of GTM partnership plans to partners and use feedback to refine and improve strategy.


You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, with experience integrating partnerships as a strategic GTM lever and working towards partner revenue goals
  • In-depth understanding of the advisory and consultancy landscape
  • Experience building teams and optimizing a function through change
  • Experience in HR Tech SaaS, and Enterprise Accounts
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
