Strategic Sourcing Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Leader to join our team. As the Strategic Sourcing Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the sourcing strategy for our organization. Your goal will be to optimize our supply chain and drive cost savings while ensuring quality and efficiency.

• Mentor and Manage Buyers to build development plans and meet organizational goals and expectations.
• Develop and implement the sourcing strategy for the organization.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, considering factors such as price, quality, and delivery capabilities.
• Negotiate contracts and establish long-term relationships with suppliers.
• Continuously monitor and manage supplier performance, including conducting regular supplier assessments and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Analyze market trends and stay up-to-date on industry best practices to drive innovation and cost savings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify sourcing opportunities and develop strategies to maximize value.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sourcing process.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or 5 years a related field or experience.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of market trends and industry best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with supplier relationship management software is a plus.
