Key Responsibilities
- Prepare structural calculations and detailed engineering designs for a variety of projects
- Manage construction activities and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project success
- Participate in proactive quality control measures, with senior management and QC support throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to refine our processes and enhance project outcomes
- A supportive, collaborative team environment where your work is recognized and valued

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable time frame
- 3+ years of experience in structural engineering
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
