We are currently searching for a talented Technician III.Structural to join and grow with our Structural team! This position can be in office, hybrid, or 100% remote!!

Designing stable horizontal and vertical solutions to stand the test of time is the driver behind our structural engineers who are passionate about the responsibility and impact of their work. At SEH you’ll join a team who specializes in developing structural solutions for buildings, bridges, floodwalls, retaining walls, large diameter sewers and more. Responsibilities Include

• Performing structural model start-up including generating plan and section views for engineers to begin coordinating and redlining from.
• Generate complete construction documents from Revit, including framing plans, details, and schedules based on input and redlines from structural engineers
• Coordinate with other disciplines, (architectural, mechanical, etc) to ensure that all models are accurate and resolve modeling conflicts.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Engineering Graphics, or equivalent education/experience.
• Understanding of building construction drawings including general notes, plan views, section views, and structural details.
• Basic understanding of structural engineering and construction practices.
• Basic understanding of mathematical skills and proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel).
• Working knowledge and proficiency with Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years previous experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
