Piper Companies is currently searching for a SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant to work 100% remotely with one of the world’s leading talent transformation providers. The SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant will design, implement, and support complex Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
Responsibilities for the SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant include:
Accountable for conducting requirements and design sessions with customers
Documenting requirements and configuration decisions
Configuring applications to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance
Work closely with team members to ensure successful integration between modules
Able to validate configurations, execute data migration activities, and manage customer relationships
Stay up to date with upcoming SAP releases and maintaining certifications in relevant SAP SuccessFactors modules is essential
Required Qualifications for the SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Consultantinclude:
3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
2+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules
Expertise in recruiting and onboarding business processes
Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and proactive
Knowledge of current HR policies and practices, with the ability to anticipate future trends
Associate or Professional level certification in SAP SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting Management and Marketing, Onboarding 1.0 or 2.0)
Compensation for the SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Consultantinclude:
Salary Range: $120,000 - $155,000 **Depends on level of degree/combined years of experience**
