Superintendent - Electrical Construction

Job Title: Superintendent

Location: Marietta, GA

Salary Rate: $80,000 - $100,000

My client is a growing electrical contractor who has an opening for a superintendent. The ideal candidate will have experience running commercial electrical projects with a strong record of quality and safety on job sites. If that sounds like you, please apply!

Responsibilities

• Review scope, layouts, specifications, schedule, and other pertinent information with project manager.
• Make changes where necessary, determine needs and designate manpower to projects.
• Maintain project schedule and troubleshoot when necessary.
• Submit weekly material order requests once it has been forecasted.
• Create daily activity list for the crew.
• Attend weekly coordination meetings.
• Perform quality control.
• Coordinate required inspections.
• Identify areas outside of scope and work with PM on change orders.
• Update job progress and punch list for job completion.
• Identify needs for crews and work with senior management to interview candidates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience running electrical construction teams.
• Familiarity with electrical codes.
• OSHA 10 or 30
• Experience with scheduling, hiring, and troubleshooting.
• Strong history of completing projects on time and under budget.
