Superintendent - High End Restaurant Construction

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction, restaurant, and hospitality operations of our organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with an extensive background in the hospitality and entertainment industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for the successful completion of construction projects, including budgeting, cost control, and scheduling.
• Oversee the management of restaurant operations, including inventory control, staffing, and customer service.
• Ensure that hospitality operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and other staff.
• Ensure that all construction and hospitality operations are in compliance with relevant legal and safety regulations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the construction, restaurant, and hospitality industries.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong people skills and customer service experience.
• Knowledge of relevant legal and safety regulations.
• Experience with entertainment and hospitality operations a plus.
