What does the role of Superintendent at Bramante Homes look like?
The construction superintendent is the lifeline of a custom homebuilder!
Oversee the construction of 2-5 homes from clearing to closing
Coordinate the scheduling of each home with the help of a project manager
Conduct pre-construction meetings with clients and trades
Supervise all on-site activities
Prepare a daily log for each project
Communicate daily with trades to ensure they are on schedule
Ensure the job is ready for the trade of the day by performing a daily walk
Schedule all city inspections
Manage all projects utilizing BuildTools
Qualifications
Minimum of four years experience in homebuilding
Demonstrates a relentless drive for continuous improvement
Optimistic by nature and sees the good in everything
Experienced with computer systems and a deep desire to learn how to improve
High energy, takes initiative, and strong problem-solving skills
Open-minded and adaptive to new ideas, curveballs, and overcoming obstacles
Effective communicator who listens, asks questions and avoids assumptions
A high level of integrity and trustworthiness
Treat yourself and others with respect and dignity
Takes ownership of your role and has a high level of accountability
