As a Value Stream Supervisor (also known as Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll play a critical role in our manufacturing process. Your duties will include ensuring the safe and efficient completion of the production process, maintaining quality and cost metrics, leading root cause analysis on machine issues, and managing a team of production employees. You'll also be responsible for continuous improvement initiatives, staffing, onboarding, training, and performance management within your shift.

Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering or Manufacturing Technology preferred. (Equivalent work experience may be considered).
4-6 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong work ethic, safety orientation, and ability to work independently with a forward-thinking mindset.
