Supervisory Contract Manager

First Foster Consulting, LLC (FFC), on behalf of TeamGOV, Inc. is seeking one (1) Supervisory Contract Project Manager to oversee one (1) contract with two building locations: (1) Kenneth B. Keating Federal Building, 100 State Street Rochester, NY 14614 and (2) Robert H. Jackson U.S. Courthouse 2 Niagara Square Buffalo, NY 14202. Candidate must be based at the Kenneth B. Keating Federal Building.

Position Overview

The Supervisory Contract Project Manager (CPM) is a key leadership role within our Facilities Engineering Services team, designated in writing by the Contractor. The CPM holds complete authority to act on behalf of the Contractor in all aspects throughout the contract term. This individual will handle accepting notices of deductions, inspection reports, and all other correspondence on behalf of the Contractor.

Location Requirements

• Base Period: The CPM's physical working location must be at the Keating Federal Building
• Option Periods: If an option for the Jackson Federal Building is exercised, the CPM may be based at either location
• The on-site availability of the CPM must be satisfactory to the Contracting Officer and their Representatives
  
  

Qualifications

• Supervisory Experience: Proven professional work history in supervising employees sufficient to execute this contract satisfactorily
• Project Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing projects of similar complexity, scope, and dollar value, specifically related to the operation, management, and supervision of the Keating Federal Building
  
  

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary representative for the Contractor
• Accept and process notices of deductions, inspection reports, and other official communications
• Ensure on-site availability and responsiveness to the Contracting Officer and their Representatives

• References: Include the names and addresses of the companies where the proposed CPM held management/supervisor roles over the past 8 years, along with the names and telephone numbers of immediate supervisors
