Supply Chain Administrator

About the Role:

As a Supply Chain Administrator, you'll ensure supplier information is accurate and well organized. All in all, you'll be a valuable member of our Supplier Development team, supporting our efforts to build lasting relationships and deliver on our promises. We'll appreciate your drive and high levels of organization as you contact suppliers to gather data and maintain clear records. Sound like you? This is a contract role with an expected duration of 3 months.

In this role, you will…

  • Communicate with suppliers via email and phone to gather and critical information as a part of our vendor vetting process.
  • Review current Supplier Folders to pull and update key information and record it in JIRA.
  • Coordinate communication around in-process documentation to ensure timely execution of new or updated agreements.
  • Partner directly with the PMO, Contracts, Supplier Development and Purchasing teams when assistance is needed.
  • Work closely with our Amazon suppliers to gather DEI information for Tier 2 and Tier 3 classifications.

  • You have 2+ years of experience in Purchasing, Compliance, or Finance. Some contract knowledge is a plus.
  • You can clearly and efficiently communicate across multiple teams and departments.
  • You are highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks at a time.
  • You are respectfully assertive and naturally outgoing, not afraid to ask questions to get answers.
  • You work well independently and in a team environment.
  • You have working experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
