Supply Chain Analyst III - Data Management & Project Coordination

Description

Are you an experienced Supply Chain Analyst with a knack for data management and project coordination? This role places you at the heart of the product commercialization process, ensuring seamless data management and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Master Data Management: Manage and coordinate Customer Master Data (CMD) throughout its lifecycle, ensuring accurate data setup and workflow activities in SAP while supporting EDI implementation.
  • Data Governance: Oversee CMD setup, data governance, and change management, partnering with business units and IT to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
  • Project Coordination: Facilitate data collection, manage tracking logs, and handle IT Cherwell tickets. Support new finished goods creation and assign UPCs.
  • EDI Support: Coordinate with business teams on EDI setup for new customer accounts, including mapping and data exchange.
  • Documentation: Attach art files to SAP document records and review finished goods creation requests.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 2-3 years in ERP, customer/vendor roles, or product data management.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, project management, warehouse operations management, and root cause identification.
  • Technology Proficiencies: Familiarity with SAP ECC, WMS ERPs, and EDI flows. Knowledge of inventory management and SAP is a plus.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in supply chain or business management is preferred.
  • Attributes: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
