Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain models to analyze strategies and initiatives
Prepare and document financial analysis projects
Develop performance reports and analyze trends for recommendations
Collaborate with departments to enhance service delivery
Monitor KPIs, maintain scorecards, and create action plans
Conduct margin analysis to support pricing process
Provide guidance to help achieve financial targets
Analyze costs and compare scenarios for projections
Build business cases and cooperate with other departments
Leverage technology to solve challenges and drive improvement
Define standards and share information for inventory management
Analyze KPIs related to costs, inventory, and capital
Address data predictability issues and develop mitigation plans
Work across departments to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
Optimize cost-tracking practices for transparency and decision-making
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
7+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ in a supply chain function
