Base pay range
The Supply Chain intern will support the Strategy team in day-to-day operations and strategic projects. This role is designed to provide the candidate with a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain processes, from procurement to distribution.
- THIS IS A PART TIME IN-PERSON INTERNSHIP. HOURS ARE FROM 9:00AM-4:30PM M-TH BUT CAN BE FLEXIBLE AS NEEDED**
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist in collecting and analyzing supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and other key metrics.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining optimal levels.
- Support inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Assist in the procurement process, including supplier communication, purchase order creation, and tracking deliveries.
- Evaluate supplier performance and assist in maintaining supplier relationships.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Track shipments and resolve any issues that arise during transportation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain and recommend solutions.
- Support the implementation of new supply chain initiatives and technologies.
- Work closely with other departments such as production, sales, and finance to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to project discussions.
- Provide administrative support to the Strategy team, including document preparation, filing, and maintaining records.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
