Summer Supply Chain Intern

Position Summary:

Support the Supply Chain team in accomplishing both the financial and operational objectives of the organization.

Internship Timeframe:

  • Summer 2024 months
  • Internship is available as early as May 2024 and will go until the intern returns back to school to start Fall 2024 semester.

Hours:

  • 20 – 40 hours week
  • Work days are Monday – Friday between 8am – 5pm

  • Children’s Wisconsin MKE Campus Hospital 9000 W. Wisconsin Ave Wauwatosa WI 53226

Requirements:

  • Current Sophomore, Junior, or Senior enrolled in a Supply Chain, Operations, or Business degree program.
  • Available to commute to Milwaukee work location during summer 2024.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as proven customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of logistics, purchasing, business management principles and business math.
  • Strong sense of accountability, service orientation, and a sensitivity and responsiveness to the requests of user departments.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of Windows based software, must include Outlook, Excel and Word experience with Access and PowerPoint experience also preferred.
