Supply Chain Intern - Fall Semester - Remote | WFH

Key Responsibilities

Demand Planning:

Participate in demand reviews, offering insights through data and trend analysis.

Monitor alerts from our forecasting systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Support reporting for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and other collaborative initiatives.

Supply Planning

Manage signals for transferring goods between our internal operations.

Conduct root-cause analyses related to service timelines and inventory levels.

Enhance our warehouse mapping processes to optimize customer relationships.

Procurement

Assist in preparing for supplier meetings by compiling purchase history, volume data, and competitive information.

Develop tracking systems to ensure compliance during supplier onboarding.

Contribute to mapping our distribution channels, identifying key sources and areas for leverage.

Logistics

Support our transportation needs, identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing escalation processes.

Conduct cost analyses for potential new acquisition sites to support our expansion strategies.

Update process documentation to ensure clarity and efficiency in our logistics operations.

E-Fulfillment

Manage global replenishment processes, ensuring timely supply to our E-Fulfillment customers.

Support logistics operations during peak seasons to maintain service levels.

Coordinate product transitions through effective demand forecasting and supply planning.

Skills And Experience

Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related fields.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with business analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies within the supply chain industry.
