As the Supply Planner, you will work on capacity planning for Levi's collaborations and collections. You will report into the Manager, Capacity Management. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA.
About The Job
Receives the unconstrained supply request from the Regional Finished Goods planning teams and then constrains the plan (based on constraints such as lead times, minimums, capacity, fabric, etc.) and then delivers back a confirmed constrained plan back to the Regional Finished goods teams
Evaluate planned supply and resource constraints in furtherance of delivering the need of the regional markets (e.g. negotiate capacities with SSM/Vendors, Cross-source PC9's from one vendor to another, pre-build and postponement strategies, fabric-garment decoupling strategies, etc...)
Design and establish appropriate levels of resource constraint management processes in collaboration with SSM/Vendors (e.g. monthly vs. weekly, X-factory vs. Cut, Sub-constraints such as laser, fabric constraints, lead-time, minimum.)
Work establishes the Available To Promise (ATP) and Capable To Promise (CTP) communications throughout the organization (part of OFIM project being kicked off)
Manage mid-cycle Additional Goods Requests (AGR’s) and Late Add product inquiries from the regional finished goods and merch teams
You will report into our Manager of Capacity Management
About You
Degree in operations, industrial engineering, mathematics, statistics, supply chain, logistics, or equivalent technical knowledge
The expected starting salary range for this role is $77,300- $120,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
