About The Role
As a Supply Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our products are readily available while optimizing inventory levels across our diverse range of health and wellness brands. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Demand Planning, you'll contribute to strategic planning and execution to meet customer demand effectively.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute supply chain plans to meet customer demand efficiently.
Collaborate closely with teams across Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Demand Planning during the sales and operations planning process.
Foster strong relationships with our manufacturing partners to ensure seamless communication and fulfillment of orders.
Manage the end-to-end process of purchase orders to guarantee timely and complete fulfillment.
Coordinate with logistics teams and suppliers to ensure smooth shipment and delivery of orders.
Monitor and optimize inventory levels to maintain adequate stock while minimizing aging and maximizing inventory turns.
Proactively manage slow-moving inventory and communicate risks to stakeholders.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and material availability.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, forecasting, or procurement.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices, preferably in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
