Sustainability Consultant

Arrowhead Talent Solutions is helping a growing consulting firm find a qualified Sustainability Consultant for their projects throughout Northeast Ohio, with a primary focus in the Cleveland, OH area.

This position will support clients with strategy development and implementation for sustainability, climate resilience, and environmental justice projects. This work is characterized by a high degree of self-direction, knowledge, judgement, and initiative to support clients’ sustainability and resilience goals. Candidates will have demonstrated previous success in sustainability & resilience projects for clients across different industries, but airport experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• At least 5 years of Sustainability & Resilience experience
• Available to occasionally travel to meetings, events, and clients

Qualifications

• Expert in Sustainability / Resilience practices and applicable laws and regulations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into short and long-term plans to meet and exceed established goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and execute a budget
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
