Title: Sustainability Program Coordinator

Location: Sturtevant, WI

Hours: 40 Monday-Friday

Overall Duties

• Data & Analytics
• Manage the gathering, processing and reporting of data related to Supplier Diversity, Supplier Due Diligence, Scope 1,2,3 Carbon, Deforestation and other Supply Chain related sustainability programs.
  
  

 Includes launch communication and reporting out to stakeholders.

• Systems & controls
• Facilitate policy, contract revisions and approvals
• Support Digitization Program
• Represent Sustainability in on-going digitization efforts
• High-profile role reporting to the leadership
• Extensive data analytics and reporting (proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel)
• Assisting in policy creation
• Liaison for program and sustainability initiatives
• 3–5 years of experience and recent graduates with some experience, including internships, are welcome
• Data analytical, business analyst , or program assistant experience is beneficial
• Strong communication skills required
• Experience in procurement and supply chain is a bonus
