SVP, Product

The SVP of Product is responsible for formulating the product strategy, including managing the product team, establishing policies and overseeing day-to-day product road-map, assigning weekly performance goals, and assuring their completion. The SVP of Product will also determine the corresponding priorities that will be developed by Engineering.

Essential Responsibilities

• Define products and services and leading the execution of the product strategy.
• Planning, assigning, and directing workloads. Lead all aspects of product management and work with development including design, planning, specification, product development, go-live, and rollout.
• Drive the product lifecycle from concept to phasing out of the product across all product lines and platforms.
• Lead, define, represent and communicate product strategy and vision in line with the businesses long-term goals.
• Oversee competitive and landscape assessments and position the roadmap proactively to drive the market and exceed customer expectations.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and subject matter expertise to drive new ideas into the business.
• Effectively connect research and market intelligence findings to client-specific opportunities/recommendations, and leverage these insights to effectively consult prospective clients in strategic decision making.
• Partner internally with key stakeholders to resolve issues that arise throughout the implementation of products and services. Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business-related field
• 10+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting and/or Business Operations, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role
• 5+ years of experience managing a PL for a high-growth company
