This HealthTech client is using a data-driven approach to change the way people manage their health and the way healthcare is delivered. They were spun out of a national health insurer in 2019 and have been growing steadily ever since. They have since strategically positioned their AI-driven platform to bring precision health to everyone. They are currently focusing on generating and activating data from clinical, social, behavioral and the real world. They are uniquely positioned being a scaling start-up, with the backing and resources of a F100 company.

As a key member of the executive team, you will define the AI strategy, allocate resources efficiently to develop novel concepts and prototypes, and drive the execution of the AI roadmap in collaboration with the engineering and data/ML teams. Your responsibility spans across internal stakeholders and end users, therefore having experience serving both is crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of pioneering AI-led solutions on the platform.
• Collaborate with partner teams to align on vision, strategy, and execution plans for AI initiatives.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success and impact of AI features, using data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate the integration of AI capabilities into internal teams' development processes, ensuring alignment with program objectives and user experience consistency.
• Test and experiment with cutting-edge technologies and models, including open-source and commercial offerings, while managing relationships with key AI vendors.
• Report directly to the CEO as well as attend and take part in board level meetings

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of Product Management experience in building and launching AI/ML-based products.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align customer use cases with technological solutions and envision end-to-end experiences.
• Experience in managing strategic relationships with TPAs.
• Proficiency in AI/ML development workflows and frameworks (e.g., Vertex AI, Sagemaker, or similar), as well as notebooks, labeling tools, and cloud computing.
• Experience in shaping and launching healthcare products within complex regulatory, reimbursement, and policy environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• MS, MBA, MPH, MD, JD, or graduate degree in a management or STEM field.
• 3 years of experience managing product teams in highly cross-functional environments.
• Experience operating within and across cross-functional teams (Product Management, Program Management, Engineering, Business Development, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Marketing, etc.) while advocating for the product vision with external partners.
• Experience in high-growth organizations, demonstrating a track record of establishing, leading, and adapting cohesive teams.
