SVP Product Marketing and Insight

The SVP Product Marketing and Insights role will be the key strategic leader for connecting market-driven trends with the companies product capability platform and customer requirements and will serve as the product leader for the companies stock portfolio. This role will collaborate extensively with R&D, Technical Sales Support, Sales teams to develop customer specific solutions, identify portfolio gaps and bring a fully integrated go-to-market approach.

Reporting to the EVP of Marketing and Sales Support, this role will oversee all activities related to industry trends and insights, sales support tools, market research, stock portfolio planning, trade shows, digital marketing and public relations

Job Duties

• Leads development of integrated GTM approach -- from key messaging by channel and by communication platform through documented sales ware
• Manages and executes companies digital media strategy
• Coordinates the trade-show / event execution
• Owns the companies, event, sponsorship, charitable donations and serves as the corporate brand manager
• Lead sales collateral development, coordinate training and drive channel specific messages to ensure manufacturing capabilities are leveraged and speak into market-driven capability gaps
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and support the long-term strategy of the organization
• Supports Sales & Technical Sales Support teams including significant face-to-face customer visits with field execution stakeholders and Menu Development counterparts
• Ensures consistent application and integration of Consumer Insights, Culinary and Sensory into product development activities
• Develops and implements functional metrics and goals to monitor and report on opportunity progress and success, resource investment, and expenditures.
