The Global Business Management Office for IT Infrastructure is looking for their next Project Management Professional. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects, including data center consolidations, migrations, and cloud deployments. The candidate should be enthusiastic, motivated, and have excellent communication and leadership skills.

We’ll trust you to:

• Manage large-scale IT infrastructure projects from planning to delivery
• Lead cross-functional teams of IT professionals, including engineers, architects, and vendors
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate data center migrations, consolidations, and cloud deployments
• Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and IT standards & manage project risks, issues, and changes
• Communicate project status to stakeholders, including senior management and customers
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and compliance standards
• Design, implement, and manage automated processes within IT infrastructure projects & optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency
  
  

 

You’ll need to have:

• 10+ years experienced candidate in IT project management in a large banking/financial domain
• A PMP certification is highly preferred
• Proven experience in data center and cloud migration projects
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and cloud platforms
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project)
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field

We expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately 170,000 - 200,000 USD. Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including but not limited to the applicant’s years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, relevant skills for the role. Base salary is one component of Lazard's compensation package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and may include incentive compensation.
