Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
Monitor performance, plan updates, and manage backups.
Implement security measures and maintain documentation.
Provide desktop support and respond to technical incidents.
Use tools like TFS, DevOps, Zendesk, and ServiceNow.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of application administration experience.
Proficiency with Windows OS, Hyper-V/VMWare, networking, and IT security.
PowerShell scripting, SQL Server, and IIS management skills.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend work.
