- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to ensure effective communication and support.
- Evaluate and recommend hardware and software upgrades and enhancements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (relevant certifications and experience may substitute).
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role in managing enterprise-level systems.
