Position Summary

This position is responsible for managing the day to day support functions of the Chain Funding Planner (CFP), Bottler Funding Planner (BFP), Vermont Information Processing (VIP) and Salient platforms. The System Administrator will work closely with the business to provide support with the administrative functions as well as system performance. This role will manage, and trouble shoot reported system issues and questions that come into Chain Funding and Bottler Funding P Support. The System Administrator will create, assign, and track work tickets for bug fixes and system testing. This position acts as a subject matter expert in business processes and how they relate to data collection, product distribution, and reporting.

Essential Job Functions

  • Management of the Chain Funding Planner, Bottler Funding Planner and Vermont Information Processing platforms as it pertains to the following:
    • User management access and security
    • CFP call points, class of trade, channel, sub channels, account rollups and contract language
    • Chain funding elements, equipment, allowance, and promo types
    • CFP and BFP approval hierarchy, notifications, authorizations, funding elements, equipment, allowance and promo types and activity generator
    • Management of CFP and BFP support inboxes to include trouble shooting any reported system issues.
    • Troubleshoot all reported system issues and provide basic system training as needed.
    • Create and manage development support tickets for CFP and BFP in Azure DevOps.
    • Test patches and upgrades and resolve issues prior to deployment of bug fixes.
    • Serve as primary subject matter expert to effectively consult with Sales Op, IT, BU's, Channel teams, and bottler partners.
    • Responsible to manage Salient application including user access, server management, and territory security control.
    • Perform quarterly system audits of users, call points and access across platforms.
    • Monthly active call point audit PPM
    • Identifies improvement opportunities, user experience, security, etc.
    • Develop, and maintain standard operating procedures.
    • Special projects and analysis as assigned

    Position Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
    • 2 -5 years of experience with system administration.
    • 5+ years related work experience.
    • Highly engaged leadership style that empowers others.
    • Detail-oriented with the capability of understanding unknowns and relationships of data attributes.
    • Proficient in software applications, including Microsoft Office.
    • Establish and maintaining cooperative working relationships with others.
    • Providing excellent customer service with both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing.
    • Good time management skills.
    • Strong multi-tasking abilities, and planning and organizational skills.
    • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
    • Must be able to work flexible hours when necessary.

    Base Salary Range: $63.470k - $84.625k
