System Analyst

The System Analyst will maintain and expand program and platform delivery according to the company's growing needs.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential issues and trends for all platforms in use.
• Provide internal and external technical support.
• Handle second-level problem identification, incident resolution and periodic platform check-ups.
• Gather and test information, documenting root causes.
• Work closely with technical development teams to address escalated problems.
• Assess technical and business suitability of potential solution alternatives and workarounds.
• Cooperate with program managers, developers, testers and end users to ensure compatibility and satisfaction.
• Manage communications with customers and support teams.
• Contribute to system guideline and manual development.
• Manage usage and trend analysis dashboards in Salesforce, Jira, and Power BI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience in system analysis and technical support.
• Proficiency in SQL, MySQL, for data retrieval, joining tables, modifying data, etc.
• Advanced knowledge of data visualization, pivot tables, graphs, formulas, and live connectors to various sources.
• Experience resolving system integration and network issues.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to manage expectations and explain technical details.
• Highly organized and capable of multitasking.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with all organizational levels.
• Flexibility to adapt to global team schedules.
