We are seeking a System Technician to be part of our future! This job posting builds our talent pool for potential future openings. Qualifications:
Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, holidays, and weekends, as needed
Demonstrable proper knowledge and technique in the use and maintenance of Desktop and Laptop computers
Demonstrable proper knowledge and technique in the use of Microsoft Windows Software, Microsoft Office Products, Basic Routing and Networking (Cisco), Basic Server Maintenance, and Cabling
Demonstrable proper knowledge and use of all procedures, techniques, machines, materials, equipment, and tools used in technical construction and maintenance
Possess knowledge and experience in industry terminology, event-related services, facility capabilities, and technical requirements for the types of events anticipated at the facility
Possess an understanding of the facilitys electrical, mechanical, and other systems
Maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons, and others encountered in the course of employment
Read and comprehend blueprints, drawings, and other related materials
Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form
Meet the physical demands of the job, which entail climbing, lifting, and carrying
Be licensed and insured to operate a motor vehicle in the United States
Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur
Responsibilities:
You will be exposed to a unique blend of the IT and AV worlds, along with enjoying a variety of Concerts/Sporting Events/Misc Events
Assist with Repair/Inventory of all Network Equipment including PCs and laptops/Peripherals/Servers/Switches
Provide Help Desk Support for Windows versions, MS Office versions, Outlook365, and a variety of other programs
Assist in Window Server 2012/2016/2019 Management
Work with IT/AV-related Software/Hardware, Cisco StadiumVision Software, DMPs, and 300+ TVs
Update and maintain Allo VoIP Phone Systems
No phone calls or third parties. Candidates must be United States citizens or legal permanent residents. Proof of legal residence and work authorization in the United States is required.
