Compensation: $80,000-$110,000

Systems Engineer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Systems Engineer to join their team!

As a Systems Engineer you will support our Windows Server as well as our VMW environment. It will include both physical as well as virtual servers. You will ensure the servers are performing to standards and that backups are executed.

Responsibilities:

• Installs, configures, maintains, manages, and troubleshoots MS Windows Servers.
• Configure network backup and storage components.
• Daily system monitoring.
• Apply and upgrade OS patches
• Writes, maintains, and enforces server policies/procedures as well as developing instructions for software installations on host servers to promote safe and secure computing.
• Configure and deploy mobile devices per end-user requirement.
• Provide Tier III technical support for all enterprise systems including but not limited to: AD, Exchange, O365, and Azure.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Systems Administrator with Tier II and Tier III level Troubleshooting abilities.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft management and operational tools: Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority, Azure AD, ADFS, IIS, Etc.
• Ability to work with mobile-device management (MDM) platforms (Intune, WorkspaceOne) in rapidly growing mobile workforce.
• Ability to configure, maintain and enhance enterprise monitoring platforms (SolarWinds, VMware vRealize Operations (vROps), Paessler Router Traffic Grapher (PRTG), Etc.).
• Ability to troubleshoot virtual desktop issues.
• Working knowledge of file shares and associated protocols.
• Functional knowledge of backup and recovery systems.
  
  

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Microsoft, IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) (A+, Network +, Security +, Etc.), preferred.
  
  

Other Information:

• This is an onsite position in Tulsa, Oklahoma with hybrid schedule a possibility.
